Mindful Meditation + Yoga

This is a free, one-hour class of meditation and yoga. Instructor Aggie Becker will lead an uplifting meditation while educating participants about mindfulness. Class includes yoga poses as well.

Sign-up required; the space best accommodates 15. Call the library at 526-7361 to inquire. Participants may bring a yoga mat or we will have some available to use.
