RECURRING EVENTS

Adult Book Club

This group meets the third Wednesday of every month at 6:30pm. Check out which book the group is reading next!

Children’s Storytime

For ages 2-5, Ms. Jan’s Storytime class has four class offerings for parents to choose from: Monday evening 6pm, Thursday morning 9:30am or Thursday evening 6pm. During Storytime the children listen to a story, role-play or re-tell a story, dance, and sometimes make a craft! Registration required.

Summer Reading Program

Throughout the month of July, children ages 6-13 are encouraged to learn about the library system by completing a scavenger hunt and reading various materials the library has to offer. Entertaining events are held periodically in July followed by a party at the end of the month for participants who complete the summer reading challenge.

Teen Book Club

For teens ages 13-19 who love to read, this group meets in the summer on designated Wednesday nights at 7pm. During the school year, the group meets on designated Sunday nights at 7pm, usually spaced out every 4-5 weeks. Led by Library Director and former high school English teacher Kelly Zurliene, the members read a Young Adult novel prior to meeting. Check out what the group is reading next! Registration required.
